When you connect your iPhone or iPad to iTunes on a computer, you can use Finder file sharing to transfer directories into Working Copy.

You can also use Finder to export files that are not yet comitted and pushed to a remote.

Your device should be listed as a location in the Finder sidebar when connected to your computer. Tap it and switch to the Files tab and locate Working Copy near the bottom of the list.

Import repositories by dropping them on Working Copy at the top level. If the directory is already a Git repository (containing a .git folder) all history and relevant settings such as Identity and Remotes will be transferred. If you drop a regular directory into iTunes Documents, Working Copy will make a repository with a matching name and the directory contents is available and waiting for you to commit.

Zip-files are also supported and will work as if you extracted the file to a directory and dropped the contents of the directory.
